My mum Eileen was cousin to Nora and when we were younger and able to, we went to Nora's for Sunday lunch. Whilst Nora busily made food and looked after Dawn, whilst chatting with my Mum, Toni and I would go play footy with Maxine and Corrina. We would come back for lunch and there would be a scramble at the table for the roast spuds and there was never any left. Special memories. Nora was such a hard-working mum who put everyone's needs above hers. Rest Easy Nora and I hope you and Mum are chatting over the spuds again.
